山东西王特钢有限公司始建于2003年，隶属于西王集团，坐落于山东省邹平县西王工业园内，南邻济青高速和胶济铁路，西至济南80公里，东距淄博40公里，交通运输便利。公司现有资产51亿元，占地2300余亩，职工人数2600余名，其中中、高级技术管理人才400余名。2012年2月23日，西王特钢在香港联交所主板成功上市。
公司现拥有两条80吨电炉炼钢生产线，4条汽车、机械制造业用优质合金钢、不锈钢长材扎钢生产线，形成了年产150万吨优质合金钢、不锈钢等特种钢坯（规格150mm-350mm方/圆/矩形坯）和210万吨机械制造业用优质合金钢、不锈钢长材（规格5.5mm-350mm）的生产能力，是目前全省电炉配套特种钢长材生产基地。
